HOW DO I REGISTER MY FAMILY?
WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE?

NOTE: Prospective families are required to attend least one of our upcoming preview events or virtual information sessions in order to proceed with the registration process.

WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE FOR THE CO-OP?
We serve learners and families grades K-12.
WHEN & WHERE DOES THE CO-OP MEET?
Our co-op year begins on September 1st and ends June 30th. We meet twice a week regularly- on Wednesdays and Fridays - and one weekend day each month. Most co-op activities occur from 11AM - 2PM. Here is a sample of a typical calendar month. Activities can take place throughout the Tampa Bay area.
IS THIS CO-OP SECULAR OR RELIGIOUS?
Secular- Not religion centered but all are welcome. Some religious events may be shared by members of the co-op but are by no means required.
DO PARENTS AND CHILDREN HAVE TO BE POC (PEOPLE OF COLOR)?
No, but this safe space is created for children of color. Please keep this in mind as you are considering this co-op for your family.
WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION INCLUDE?
Special Events (3rd Weekend of the month)*
Service Projects (Days may vary)
Wednesday Field Trips (1st and 3rd Wednesdays)*
Friday Field Trips (2nd and 4th Fridays) and Hikes (3rd Fridays)*
Middle/High School Program (Days may vary)
Club Days (2nd and 4th Wednesday)

WHY AREN'T THERE ANY ACADEMIC CLASSES?
Currently our activities and events are focused more on enrichment than academics. In the future we may grow to include academic classes. At this time our focus is largely on social emotional learning, community building and enrichment opportunities.
DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY ACTIVITY OR EVENT?
No, but your registration fee includes the whole co-op year and we encourage regular attendance to build community among peers and families.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER?
Our Family Registration fee is $200 and covers the entire family for the co-op year (September 1 - June 30).
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our organization and our activities, we are not able to issue any refunds or offer any prorated fees.
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS?
There may be additional costs for field trips and special events/activities. These are optional depending on what your family decides to attend.
MUST PARENTS STAY DURING THE CO-OP ACTIVITIES?
This is not a drop-off program. A parent or other designated responsible adult must stay on the premises during co-op activities but do not need to actively participate unless they are assigned to volunteer in the event or activity.
ARE PARENTS REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER?
We desire to cultivate a sense of community and belonging. We need everyone helping to build and grow our community. We require that a member of each family actively participate as a member of one of our committees or in another designated area of need.
